Gretchen Wendt
Has been with the Unemployment Insurance Division since 1993. She has worked as an adjudicator and is currently employed by the division as a Disputed Claims Analyst.
She helps to develop UI law and policy, trains and evaluates adjudicators, provides technical assistance on more complex claims, testifies as an expert witness in UI appeals hearings, and responds to inquiries from employers, claimants, legislators and the governor.
She is a 1992 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA degree in Communication Arts - Radio, Television and Film.

Krista Walter has been in the Hotel Hospitality Profession for 8 years.
She has been responsible for the successful operation and administration of all hotel departments.
Her focus was on providing an exceptional experience to every guest and to ensure that all operations were carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service.
Currently, Krista works at the Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center as a Customer Service Manager, a position that manages all aspects of the client's visit - from CSR to DVM interactions.
